My goal is to help you connect with your body’s unique needs. I tailor my approach to each patient, ensuring personalized care that promotes healing and balance. With a specialization in pediatric osteopathy and expertise in posturology, I bring a wealth of experience, including work with diverse patients and a background in various sports that informs my practical advice.

Hi, I’m Alexia, a bilingual manual osteopathic practitioner originally from France.

I was born and raised in Paris before moving to Biarritz to complete my studies in Osteopathy and Sports Science. As a former elite gymnast on the French national team, my experience in high-level sports naturally led me toward osteopathy and a deeper understanding of the connection between physical and mental well-being.

I enjoy treating a wide variety of patients and conditions, with a particular interest in working with adults, active individuals, athletes, and women’s health. My approach is centered around listening to your body and your needs to help improve movement, recovery, balance, and overall well-being.

Outside of the clinic, I’m passionate about sports, outdoor activities, traveling, and discovering new things.
